The NSW Pet Registry is a database of microchipped and registered cats and dogs that live in NSW. I was brought into to design this high profile, highly visible, politically sensitive program of work for Office of Local Government that enabled councils to enforce compliance around pets, enable owners and borders to register, transfer their pets and various functions around several government and private agencies that operate around pets like Vet's and nurses, Pet Shops, Pound Shelters, Animal Welfare agencies, Rangers and others.
Responsible for the user experience design of pet registry projects (CDR) based on User Centred Design principle.Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences, Facilitate client’s product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products. Design and deliver information architecture (IA), user stories and user journeys for a wide range of devices and interfaces.Designed a new interface guidelines and design patterns Key challenges for CDR (cat and dog registry NSW). Commit to exploring and finding the right solution for broad user base, NSW Citizens. Balance competing demands to ensure deliverables are achieved.
